Exchange and Return Policy

Term

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Conditions

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • With original label and packaging

  • With the invoice or proof of purchase

When is it possible to exchange or return?

  • If you regret your purchase

  • If the product arrived defective

  • If you received the wrong item

How to request an exchange or refund

  • Send an email to [yourmail@domain.com] with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange or return

  • Product photos (if applicable)

  • We will respond with instructions within 2 business days.

Freight

  • If the error was ours or the product is defective: shipping is on us.

  • If you change your mind or change the size: you pay the shipping cost to the store, and we send the new product free of charge (for the first exchange).

Reimbursement

  • Pix or boleto: we will refund your payment within 7 business days.

  • Card: the refund will be made directly to your invoice, depending on the operator
