Exchange and Return Policy
Term
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.
Conditions
The product must be:
Unused
With original label and packaging
With the invoice or proof of purchase
When is it possible to exchange or return?
If you regret your purchase
If the product arrived defective
If you received the wrong item
How to request an exchange or refund
Send an email to [yourmail@domain.com] with:
Your name
Order number
Reason for exchange or return
Product photos (if applicable)
We will respond with instructions within 2 business days.
Freight
If the error was ours or the product is defective: shipping is on us.
If you change your mind or change the size: you pay the shipping cost to the store, and we send the new product free of charge (for the first exchange).
Reimbursement
Pix or boleto: we will refund your payment within 7 business days.
Card: the refund will be made directly to your invoice, depending on the operator
